KOREAN-STYLE PORK CHOPS



Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy-sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 6 ounce each boneless pork chops
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl mix soy sauce, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce,sesame oil and ground ginger until blended.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large oven and broiler safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and add to skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until brown.
