INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Sarah's gluten free flour blend
  • 1 cup cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup, plus 2 tablespoons So Delicious unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/3 cup organic canola or sunflower seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

cinnamon swirl

  • 1/4 cup cane sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

vanilla glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
