ZA’ATAR ROASTED CAULIFLOWER WITH DATES, PINE NUTS AND THYME



INGREDIENTS


  • 1 head cauliflower,, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp za'atar spice
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 6 Medjool dates,, pitted and diced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme,, plus extra sprigs for garnish
